Hair concerns are personal. To protect the privacy of our customers, we conduct consultations in a private room. Booking is necessary to avoid disappointment.

Do I need to buy after the consultation?

Consultation, wig trials and quotations are all free of charges.
We hope we will have provided useful information and suggestions to you during the consultation.

Can I come with my children?

Consultations are conducted in a private room.

Anyone aged 5 and above is welcome.

I’m a little concerned about hair loss recently.

What is a Scalp Analysis?

A head scan or microscope is used to look at your hair, roots and scalp conditions closely.
Our consultant will explain the results clearly and make recommendations accordingly.

Can I buy the scalp lotion?

A.

Scalp Lotions are available for sale at our Hair Centre.
To pick a right formula for you, we recommend taking the free scalp analysis first.

PINPOINT

What are the differences between PINPOINT and Hair Support?

A.

PINPOINT is hair integration at where more volume is desired.
Hair Support is a treatment that helps regulate the scalp environment for a healthy scalp and beautiful hair.

Is it possible?

Is the consultant also the hairstylist that will take care of my hair service?

We have consultants and we have hairstylists. Usually you will be taken care by 2 members from our team. Occasionally, they are the same person. But either way, your customer information is stored in our database, so be assured that your needs and preferences will be well taken care of.
